The Desire
Maria and her husband couldn’t find a home that fit the bill when they went house hunting. So they bought land and several years later were finally ready to build.
Maria dreamed of a home with space to do her two favorite things: host big dance parties (complete with karaoke) and bake cakes for her side business.
The Process
We created an entirely custom design around Maria’s top priorities and then got to work building it for her. We placed the home to face a pond across the street and kept creating spaces for hosting as the focus.
The Product
Maria has now moved into the home she’s been dreaming of for over a decade. When we asked her why building a home for dance parties and hosting was so important to her, she said “When people die, the only thing that we can bring with us - the moments we enjoyed and the memories we made in life”
