Act as your permitting liaison to submit designs and track permit approval status throughout the permit review process.

Our company owner worked as a consulting engineer in an architectural/engineering firm for the first 9 years of his career. His role included significant construction administration for office upfits, university capital improvement projects, and medical office construction. This background established design-approach familiarity that currently benefits both the client and design team when creating custom residential homes.
We understand and anticipate needs associated with custom designs, and are here to support throughout the design process. We have in-house fluency in CAD along with technological capability to interact electronically with drawing files – no need for printing and mailing drawings.
Additionally we document, communicate, and track every step of the project through our interactive online construction management system. Each project has it’s own secure online portal updated daily with specifications, budget, schedule, daily progress log, and project photos. Architects & Designers have 24/7 access as project team members.
