Hi, I’m Nathan

As a longtime resident here in the Raleigh, NC area, I’ve met many people in the area that dream of building a new home… but in reality very few actually end up doing it.

The fear of the unknown and the potential stress causes them to put it off for “another day”. They settle for making due living in a house that was built and designed for someone else.

That was how my family lived for years - we never really put down roots. Then a few years ago, after years of helping clients with their construction projects, I choose to build my own custom home.

The process was thrilling. It was an amazing experience to be able to choose the layout, put the garden right where my wife wanted it, place a pool for my teens to enjoy, and set things up so it would be easy for my aging parents to visit . The adventure of building a custom home is worth it.
